Affinitas was founded in 2008 and since 2009 the company is managing eDarling, one of the leading online matchmaking platforms in Europe. eDarling caters to sophisticated singles who are looking for a successful, long-term relationship. The matchmaking is based on an extensive personality questionnaire.
In autumn 2012, Affinitas GmbH successfully launched another product on the German market: SHOPAMAN (www.shopaman.de) which is a dating platform with a shopping experience, where it’s women who decide who can contact them and how fast the getting-to-know-you process is moving along.
Located in the heart of Berlin, Affinitas currently employs more than 300 highly qualified people and is active in 26 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
